One-way educators receive ongoing support is through content coaching. Content coaching focuses attention on the what and how adults deliver instruction. In this case, it requires coaches to help educators consider ways (i.e., Follow the CAR, Put the CROWD in the CAR, or Combination of CAR and CROWD) to implement shared reading while meeting the unique learning needs of individual students.
